Our project manager will then provide a quote and discuss pricing and timeline with you.

Upon agreement, we can start our first project, which can be pre-paid or divided into 50-40-10 payments for projects over $2000 USD.

You can send us any type of file, including hand sketches or a video briefing. Common references include drawings, architectural or design sketches, and mood boards. If you have a clear vision for your project, feel free to send us all relevant materials.

Our preferred file formats are:
– For plans: DWG or any vector file.
– For 3D models – .max (but feel free to send any 3D file format)

We provide 2 rounds of revisions, defined as changes under 30% of the project workload. Exceeding this limit may result in additional fees.

The average completion time for an architectural rendering project is 2-3 weeks, and for an interior design rendering project, it is 1-2 weeks.

The final time frame depends on various factors such as the number of views, level of complexity, and level of detail.

Our studio can accommodate urgent projects by rearranging workflow, reducing revision rounds, and working extended hours and weekends.

However, please bear in mind the rendering time and provide a minimum of 12 hours prior to the deadline.

If a client informs us beforehand that a project requires an NDA, we will sign it. Projects with NDAs tend to have a higher price. If no NDA is signed, we reserve the right to showcase the work on our website and social media platforms.

The cost varies based on your project requirements. Our pricing policy is outlined in our price list. To obtain an accurate cost estimate, please fill out the request form below. A quote will be provided within one day.




    The project cost covers the optimization of a supplied 3D model and environment modeling, the selection of visualization angles, two previews with client corrections, and a final image with 4K resolution. Any corrections after receiving the final image will incur an additional fee. Building a 3D construction model based on drawings is an extra cost.

    We accept payment through Wire Transfer, Credit or Debit Card using various payment processing systems. Please note that Hey Visual does not retain customer payment card information.

    Payments are split into two parts, with 50% required before the project start and the remaining 50% due before the final renderings are completed.

    For projects exceeding 10k USD, milestone payments can be arranged.

    If revisions are not requested within 2 months, the remaining balance must be paid. Your revision option remains available when you are ready to proceed with the project.

    The final rendering will only be delivered after the balance has been paid.

    Refunds are granted under specific circumstances discussed with the client. A full refund will be considered in the following scenarios:

    • The order cannot be fulfilled
    • The client requests cancellation prior to the start of development.

    In the event of changes to our Payment Policy, they will be posted on this page.

    Yes. You may inquire about a discount with your project manager if your monthly payments exceed $5,000 USD.

    Hey Visual’s headquarters are located in Leon, Mexico.

    As an outsource studio, physical visits to the office are not necessary to begin working with us. You can reach us by filling out the form on our website.
